“The successful construction and operation of the Dakota Access Pipeline is proof of the returns that investment in energy infrastructure can provide. The $4 billion project is already paying massive dividends to the state of North Dakota —$18 million as of August—which will go to state and municipal services that will benefit everyone in North Dakota.
